2. Artwork. It will come from your needs, lead to our products, we can offer articles by customized. 
3. Confirmation - payment. Final confirm your production plan and artwork, then make payment.  
4. Production. With sample or without sample, then production. 
5. Shipping. Delivery address, contact people and phone number needed.

1. Shipping cost is too high, any other options for shipping?
- Yes, we could also ship via China Post, E-package, or agent express with low cost.
2. What is the payment term?
- 30% T/T in advance. The balance against the copy of B/L. Also you can choose EXW in cash paid USD&RMB.
3. I need some Custom Logo or enamel very urgent, how fast you can produce it? 
- For most items, it will need only 10-15 days when in a rush. Depending on your item, our sales will check schedule and get a fastest production time for you. 
4. Can I order a sample?
- Of course. For the existing model we have, our factory would like to offer one or two pieces sample to customer and the airfreight charge shall be paid by customers; for customized model, making shall be consulted.
